Passion comes from the heart. If you love what you are doing and you strive to be the best you can possible be each time you sit down to write; chances are that you are going to be a successful author.
Some people write for fame and fortune, while others write to leave a legacy when they die. Still others write because they have this burning desire to be creative and share their knowledge or story with the world. Whatever your reason, look for ways to be sincere in your efforts and to excel at the craft. Writers who do so are the ones that make the best seller lists, end up on the speaking circuit and create memorable works.
